DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

If you are interested in homeownership in the Vine City community, then you have just made your first step in gaining the keys to your new home through Tyler Place CDC.  We develop high quality single family homes and townhouses that you'll be proud to come home to each day.  First-time, low- and moderate-income homebuyers will find several resources available to assist them in purchasing a home in the Vine City community.

MAP

The Mortgage Assistance Program is provided by AcORA and is part of the former Atlanta Empowerment Zone project. MAP provides up to $35,000 in downpayment assistance for eligilbe buyers

ADDI

The Atlanta Development Authority provides low and moderate income first time home buyers up to $10,000 in down payment assistance to purchase a home in the City of Atlanta.

Vine City Trust Fund

The Vine City Trust Fund provides $15,000 in down payment assistance towards homes purchased in the Vine City community.
