Tyler Place Community Development Corporation develops quality mixed-income housing in the Vine City neighborhood for home ownership.  

SINGLE FAMILY DEVELOPMENT

Tyler Place CDC develops single family in-fill housing in the Vine City community.  Currently, TPCDC is working in cooperation with local for-profit developers to acquire properties, design, and construct quality mixed-income housing throughout Vine City making the community more vibrant and liveable to new and long time residents of this historic community.

ELM STREET PROJECT

Tyler Place CDC in parnership with Brock Built Homes is developing town homes along Elm Street.  These three story units will feature quality kitchens and baths, spacious floorplans and secured garages.  The project is scheduled to begin construction in 2008.
